Content Moderation Policy

Version 1.0.0 Active
Effective: 22 June 2026
Last Updated: 22 June 2026
Operator: CloudStry Technologies Private Limited

This Content Moderation Policy explains how Rathore Sangam ("App" or "Service"), operated by Cloudstry Technologies Private Limited, handles content and conduct on the platform. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Community Guidelines, and Privacy Policy. Where this Policy and those documents differ, the Terms and Conditions govern platform rules and legal obligations, the Privacy Policy governs privacy and data handling, and the Community Guidelines govern acceptable behavior and community standards.

1. What This Policy Covers

Rathore Sangam allows registered users to create and share several types of content (collectively, "User Content"):

  • Matrimony profiles, including profile photos and personal/family details
  • Business listings, including business images and contact details
  • Community event listings and event images
  • Community news posts and news images
  • Comments and replies on profiles, listings, events, and news posts

All User Content is subject to this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, and our Community Guidelines.

2. Why Content May Be Moderated

Content or accounts may be reviewed and acted upon if they involve any of the following, as set out in our Terms and Conditions (Section 12) and Community Guidelines (Section 10):

  • Fraudulent or deceptive content, including misrepresenting identity, marital status, or any profile, listing, or post detail
  • Impersonation of any person, business, or entity
  • Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation of another user
  • Hate speech, or content that attacks or demeans people based on caste, religion, gender, ethnicity, or any other characteristic
  • Threats of harm or violence, or content that promotes or glorifies violence
  • Obscene or sexually explicit content
  • Any form of child exploitation, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or grooming behavior (see Section 6 below)
  • Fraud or scams of any kind
  • Fake identities
  • Spam, including repeated unwanted content or content posted purely to promote unrelated services
  • Misinformation, including knowingly false news, event details, or profile information
  • Content that is illegal under applicable law, or that promotes illegal activity
  • Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of a third party

3. How Moderation Decisions Are Made

  • Reactive review. We are not obligated to monitor User Content proactively, and any review we undertake is on a reasonable-efforts basis rather than a guarantee of a fully moderated environment (Terms and Conditions, Section 15).
  • Investigation. Where we become aware of suspected violations — including through content or account activity that is reported to us — we may investigate (Terms and Conditions, Section 15).
  • Good-faith determination. Decisions to remove or restrict User Content, or to suspend or restrict an account, are made where we believe, in good faith, that the content or account violates our Terms and Conditions, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law (Terms and Conditions, Sections 15 and 18).
  • No identity or background verification. Rathore Sangam does not verify the identity, background, or any claims made by users in profiles, listings, posts, or comments (Terms and Conditions, Section 16; Community Guidelines, Section 6). Moderation decisions are based on the content and conduct presented on the platform, not on independent identity or background checks.
  • No automated content-scanning system. We do not run facial recognition or other automated biometric analysis on uploaded photographs; photos are stored and displayed as submitted (Privacy Policy, Section 8).

4. How Users Can Raise Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates our Community Guidelines or Terms and Conditions, you may contact us using the official support channels listed on our website or in the App:

Cloudstry Technologies PVT LTD

Email: info@cloudstry.com

Phone: +91 87704 02398

Address: 1st Floor, 33/C/S-3, Scheme No 78 - III, Near Shalimar Township, Sector F, Slice No.3, Honda Big Wing Indore 452010

We review concerns raised to us and take appropriate action in line with our Community Guidelines and Terms and Conditions. Reporting capabilities within the App may evolve over time as the platform develops (Community Guidelines, Section 15).

If you have concerns about another user's conduct toward you specifically, you may also use the Hide Contact Details setting on your Profile to limit that user's ability to reach you (Terms and Conditions, Section 13 and 16; Privacy Policy, Section 13).

We do not commit to a fixed timeframe for reviewing reports. Where a concern also relates to a request under the Information Technology Act, 2000, our Grievance Officer (named in our Terms and Conditions) will acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time and aim to resolve them in accordance with applicable law and timelines.

5. Actions We May Take

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions, as described in our Community Guidelines (Section 14) and Terms and Conditions (Sections 15 and 18):

  • Content removal — taking down the specific profile, listing, post, comment, or reply that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms and Conditions
  • Warning — notifying a member that their content or conduct violates our Community Guidelines
  • Temporary restrictions — limiting certain account features for a period of time
  • Account suspension — temporarily suspending access to the account
  • Account termination — permanently removing the account from the platform

Where practicable, we will provide notice of the reason for a suspension or termination, except where we reasonably believe that providing notice would be inappropriate — for example, in cases involving suspected fraud or harm to other users (Terms and Conditions, Section 18).

There is currently no separate formal appeal procedure for moderation decisions. If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you may contact us using the details in Section 4 above so that we can review the matter.

6. Child Safety

Rathore Sangam has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that endangers children (Community Guidelines, Section 11):

  • No child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, in any form, anywhere on the platform.
  • No child exploitation of any kind.
  • No grooming behavior — any attempt by an adult to build an inappropriate relationship with a minor, or to solicit a minor for any improper purpose, is strictly forbidden.
  • Rathore Sangam is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Accounts found to belong to a minor, or used to target minors, will be removed.

Any content or behavior that violates this section will be removed immediately upon discovery, and we will take appropriate action against the responsible account, including immediate termination without prior warning and reporting to law enforcement or relevant authorities where required by law.

If you encounter content or behavior of this nature, please report it to us immediately using the contact details in Section 4 — do not engage with it, and do not share or forward it.

7. Matrimony Profiles

  • Matrimony profile information (personal, family, educational, professional, and astrological details) is entered by the user who creates it, and we do not independently verify its accuracy (Terms and Conditions, Section 8).
  • Users are expected to be honest and accurate, use their own recent photos, and not misrepresent age, education, profession, income, marital status, or family background (Community Guidelines, Section 6).
  • Where a profile includes information about a family member (such as a parent or sibling), that information has been provided by the profile owner; we have not separately verified or obtained consent from the referenced family member (Terms and Conditions, Section 8; Privacy Policy, Section 4).
  • Profiles that misrepresent identity or personal details, or that use someone else's photos, are subject to the actions described in Section 5 of this Policy.

8. Business Listings

  • The user who creates a business listing is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of that listing, including contact details, pricing, hours, and descriptions (Terms and Conditions, Section 9).
  • We do not conduct verification or background checks on listed businesses, and a listing's presence on the App is not an endorsement, recommendation, or certification by us (Terms and Conditions, Section 9).
  • Fake businesses, listings for a business the user does not operate or represent, or listings used to run a scam are prohibited (Community Guidelines, Section 7) and subject to the actions described in Section 5 of this Policy.

9. News and Events

  • News posts and event listings are created by users; any registered user may publish such content, and we do not employ editorial staff to verify these submissions before publication (Terms and Conditions, Section 10).
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any news post or event listing (Terms and Conditions, Section 10).
  • Intentionally misleading dates, times, locations, or descriptions for an event or news item, and knowingly false news or event information, are prohibited (Community Guidelines, Sections 8 and 10) and subject to the actions described in Section 5 of this Policy.

10. Comments and Replies

  • Comments and replies should be respectful and relevant to the content they are posted on (Community Guidelines, Section 9).
  • Harassment, bullying, intimidation, hate speech, or any other prohibited content described in Section 2 of this Policy is not permitted in comments or replies, regardless of where they appear on the App.

11. Privacy and Contact Information in Moderation

  • Many members choose to hide their phone number and other contact details using the Hide Contact Details setting. Attempting to find, guess, request through other means, or otherwise bypass another member's hidden contact information is not acceptable (Community Guidelines, Section 12).
  • Using automated tools or scripts to scrape information from other members' profiles, listings, or posts, or attempting to collect, compile, or export other members' personal information in bulk, is prohibited (Community Guidelines, Section 12) and may result in the actions described in Section 5 of this Policy.
  • For details on how content and account data are handled when content is removed or an account is deleted, see our Privacy Policy (Sections 16 and 17).

12. Community Safety

  • Rathore Sangam is a discovery and discussion platform. We do not conduct identity verification, background checks, or independent fact-checking of user-submitted information (Terms and Conditions, Section 16).
  • Users should exercise caution and independently verify material information — including identity, marital status, education, profession, income, business legitimacy, or event details — before relying on it (Terms and Conditions, Section 16; Community Guidelines, Section 13).
  • Any offline interaction with another user, including communications or meetings that occur outside the App (for example, over WhatsApp or by phone call), is undertaken entirely at the user's own risk. We have no visibility into, and assume no responsibility for, interactions that take place outside the App (Terms and Conditions, Sections 13 and 16; Community Guidelines, Section 13).

13. Account Deletion and Content Removal

Account deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (Section 17) and Terms and Conditions (Section 19):

  • A user may request account deletion at any time. The account immediately enters a deletion state and the profile becomes unavailable to other users.
  • A 7-day recovery window follows, during which the user may log back in to cancel the deletion request.
  • If the user does not return within the 7-day window, the account and associated data — including content created by the user and associated media files — are permanently deleted.

This account deletion process is separate from moderation-driven content removal or account suspension/termination described in Section 5 of this Policy, which we may initiate independently where we believe these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law have been violated.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Content Moderation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the App's features, our Community Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable law. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy when changes are made. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
